Having experienced first-hand the positive influence sports-related travel can have on developing athletes, Justin Kautz has dedicated his professional career to providing similar experiences to children and adults of all abilities. So far, he feels most inspired by the athletes he has encountered through his work at Special Olympics Washington, citing "their drive and passion" as unmatched. His most touching Special Olympics moment to date was awarding a Special Olympics golfer with a new bag and realizing it was the first golf bag the talented athlete had ever owned. Outside of work, Justin's hobbies are mainly focused on recreational sports like golf, softball, ping pong, basketball and snow boarding, but he also enjoys flying drones and seeing the world from a sky-high point of view!
