Todd Youngblood serves as the Executive Director at Kay Community Service Center in Fort Valley, Georgia, and Assistant Girls Basketball Coach at Peach County High School. Todd is a 1989 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a BA in Interrelated Special Education. He taught Special Education and coached football, basketball, and baseball from 1990 until 1995. In 1995, Todd became the Executive Director of Kay Community Service Center, a sheltered workshop, and began designing a Unified Sports program at the center. Kay Center provides Prevoc, CAG, SEI, and SEG to 70 individuals in Peach, Houston, and Crawford Counties. He has been honored as the Special Olympics Georgia Coach of the Year and has been a four-time World Games coach in powerlifting. He was just recently named Special Olympics USA Sports Manager for Powerlifting at Special Olympics World Games 2019 Abu Dhabi. Todd is Married to Andrea Youngblood, proud father of two and grandfather of two grandsons.
