Kayla Possai has been involved with Special Olympics Minnesota for three years, competing in track & field, golf, softball, swimming as well as volunteering at Special Olympics fundraisers. Kayla will be competing in the 100M breaststroke, 100M freestyle, 200M freestyle and 4x100M freestyle at Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019. In order to prepare for the Gamesi, Kayla is swimming, doing spin classes, yoga and working with a personal trainer. Kayla is thankful for Special Olympics and the ways that it has changed her life. Kayla said, “Special Olympics has given me friends and an opportunity to have fun and exercise.”
