Stephen Minshull of Phoenix, Arizona, first became involved with Special Olympics in 2009 when his wife, Teresa Scobee, began coaching Unified volleyball. In 2015, Stephen served as a Unified Sports Observer for volleyball at the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles 2015, and was the Unified Sports Delegate for volleyball at the 2019 and 2023 Special Olympics World Games.
When Stephen is not coaching volleyball, he can be found watching Premier League football and Formula 1 racing. He looks forward to coaching his team in Poland and learning from other coaches and officials from around the world.
